David Eagan: Incriminates: I was the first one at the gazebo 

Incriminates: I just sat there by the fire thinking about my day and my homework.

Explanation: Katie and Will were inside while Eagan was supposedly sitting by the fire and Behring was no where to be found. Eagan could have snuck away, killed Behring and been back before Mrs. Bullock arrived. 

Incriminates: Katie speaking: "while Eagan and Behring were outside making a fire. Will and I watched a movie. 

This incriminates Eagan because he was outside alone with Behring and they could of went to look for wood and Eagan could of killed him. 

Ryan Summers: 

Incriminates: He was lying and saying that he was the first one at the cabin when really we was not. 

Kimberley Henry:

Incriminates: She has a backpack with pins and a pin found by Behring's dead body

Katie Moffet: 

Exonerated: saw Will and Eagan at the gazebo, and she and will were in the cabin watching the movie while Behring was outside

And Mrs. Bullock arrived and saw her

Exonerated: She would be unable to locate Behring's body because she was so late.

Kimberly Henry is the murderer because there was a pin found next to his body. She lied clearly. Why would Kim be over by a stream when she had no business there? She had to have seen him or had killed him and then she lies about it. Kimberley Henry is the murderer.
