Weird noices

Will and Smith go to sleep, and Chis and Bernstein stay until game is over

Next morning Smith is dead.

Blog Assignment #3

Facts of Murder: 

Background: Wednesday night - Mr. Quin  on duty.

-Fighting/ roughhousing circa 11:00 pm lights out

-Smith, Ron, Will, Nate, Chris, Daniel= Suspects

- Mr. Quin brakes up fight- talks to Eric

- Everybody goes to will & Eric's room after lights out to play X Box

- They make noise and Mr. Sullivan, Mr. Splawn, and Mr. Quin enter 

-everybody hides and dorm parents leave

- Students leave except for Chris and Daniel who finish their game around 12:30 and leave

- Eric strangled at night between 12:30pm and 7:00am

-Head covered in pillows

-bruises around neck suggest something had been wrapped around his neck

Group Decision: 

Will Knight is the murderer because he was the only suspect who was alone with Eric at any point during the night while Eric was alive giving him multiple opportunities for murder. Daniel and Chris had left the room at 12:30 and Will was left alone with his roommate. Will had been seriously irritated by Eric and his sensitivity. The murder was assisted by a tool. There was a pillow over Eric's head in the morning. Because Eric Was sleeping, He also had a pillow below his head. The other pillow was Will Knights from the same room. Group Sam Spade deduces that Will Knight is the murderer.
