  Blog:The murder of Steven Halperin is going to be a difficult one to solve, but I believe that it will be solved. Each suspect has a motive for the murder, in the fact that, they all wanted to be All School President. Maddy Maher is very suspicious in this scene because she has the ability to open any locked doors because her father is the head master. In addition, she conveniently walks out of Fentress to explain the plaques during the tour. However, Brandon and Thomas were also seen in Berkshire Hall around the time of the murder. These could be red herrings, but one clue I believe sticks out from the rest; the way in which Steven's body was in an upside crucifix could mean that religion may have played a role in this scenario. After doing our interviews tonight, I am sure that we can crack this case, so that justice is served.

 

Blog Night 2

 

Brandon was in Allen at 5, giving him opportunity to kill Steven. However, after interviewing Brandon he said that he was at practice with Mr. Mooney. He was seen at the atrium at 5 just to make sure that everything was in place for his tour and the plaque was there when he went there. In addition, he say Mike Allen in Berkshire Hall near the time of a loud noise. Jae-Seung was very sucipious after our first interview, but we came to realize that he heard a noise so he wanted to get away from Berkshire School. After all, Jae-Seung is a straight A student and wouldn't committ a murder. However, he did say that he saw Sasha walking out of Berkshire Hall. Maddy Maher had the most opportunity, but after interviewing her and Brandon, it came to be that she could not have done it. She said that she was babysitting before the meeting with her father, but did not end up meeting. However, she did see Jae-Seung run out of the hall and Brandon was in the atrium waiting for his tour. Thomas was with Jack, and he went back to Berkshire Hall because Jack left his bookbag in the college counseling office. After all, Thomas was a prefect, almost as prestigious as All-School President. Mike Allen said that he was at the trainers' because practice got out early. Mike was very upset with the interrogation and pretty much cursed us out and had no intentions of even worrying about the plaque. Sasha was very short with his answers and his information did not parallel what Jae-Seung told us.

After Much Research, we narrowed it down to two suspects, Mike Allen and Sasha. Mike has the clear motive, but does have an allibi in this case. Sasha has a motive also and did lie earlier about his whereabouts during the murder. After discussing, we found Sasha to be guilty of murder. Mike is the obvious suspect and Zeiko and Jesse are too smart to give it away like that.
