Hercule Poirot (B)

Date: October 16, 2012

Suspects: Katie, Will, David, Mrs. Bullock, Ryan, Kimberly. 

Victim: Tyler

* Tyler, Kim, Ryan are missing from the rest of the group. 

* Ryan shows up in the middle of the night because he woke Katie with his noise.

* Kim shows up in the middle of the night because she woke Mrs. Bullock up to tell her she arrived. 

* The next morning Tyler was found dead at the river embankment with small pin as our only clue.

+ Will left Buck at 8 only to meet Katie and David already there.

+ David asked both Katie and Will if they have seen Tyler, he hasn't been present for 20min and it was getting late. 

+ Kim has little pins on Backpack

+ wasn't present at the cabin until later in the night and was lost

+ Mrs. Bullock arrived late. 

+ Mrs. Bullock arrived after Tyler went missing as well.

+ Arrived to see David, Katie and Will

- There is no motive for any character to want Tyler dead.

- Kim has pins like the one found near the body on her back pack

- We have no interviews on David, Ryan or Katie yet so we can not draw a concise conclusion.

•       Ryan doesn’t go
•       Mrs. Bullock is extremely late
•       Kim gets lost in the mountain
•       Knight is stressed about papers and test
o       Possibly is angry with Tyler about cheating
•       Eagan getting firewood
o       No one can agree
•       Kim makes pins for backpack
o       Pin found next to body
•       Could be accidently dropped because she is lost and walked by the
body without knowing
•       Katie and Knight are watching movie in the cabin
•       When people don’t know where Tyler is
o       Knight says “ I don’t know where he went, he didn’t tell us where he
was going”
•       Covers for Eagan, Katie, and himself
